    Description

    A very strong closed cell acrylic foam, coated on both sides with a very high-performance cross-linked UV- cured acrylic adhesive and protected by a production aid film.

    Supplied in 19mm x 1mm x 33m rolls.

    Minimum application temperature: +10°C

    Limitations

    Techniflex Black requires smooth clean surfaces, warmth and firm pressure for best results. Full bond strength may take several hours to develop. May have difficulty bonding well to very low surface energy materials.

      How to get the best bond

      1 · Prepare

      Make sure surfaces are smooth, clean and dry, above +10°C.

      2 · Apply

      Apply the tape and remove the production film.

      3 · Press

      Apply firm pressure - full strength develops over several hours.
