How long will my order take to deliver?

For stock items we aim to provide a next working day delivery service, however we cannot guarantee this and on rare occasions there may be a slight delay with the courier. If your order is not delivered the next working day (if ordered before 2pm), please contact us and we will provide a delivery update.
If an item is out of stock when you place your order, you will be advised of a delivery date for your order.

What happens if the product isn’t suitable and I want to return it?

We offer a 30 day returns policy. Providing the goods are returned in a resalable condition, with original packaging and fixtures, a full refund of the goods will be issued (we cannot refund the carriage charge for returned goods).
You will need to arrange the return carriage - we recommend that smaller items are returned via a signed for delivery service, QIC Direct is not responsible for returned goods lost in transit. Please contact us prior to making a return.

Where can I find glass cutting/drilling details?

Each item page on our website includes the cutting/drilling details, if you require further information please get in touch.

Do you install or provide glazing services?

We do not install or provide glazing services; however, we have been supplying products to the fit-out sector for over 15 years, and can put you in touch with installers who can provide this service.
