How long will my order take to deliver?
For stock items we aim to provide a next working day delivery service, however we cannot guarantee this and on rare occasions there may be a slight delay with the courier. If your order is not delivered the next working day (if ordered before 2pm), please contact us and we will provide a delivery update.
If an item is out of stock when you place your order, you will be advised of a delivery date for your order.
What happens if the product isn’t suitable and I want to return it?
We offer a 14 day returns policy. Providing the goods are returned in a resalable condition, with original packaging and fixtures, A refund will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee and unfortunately we cannot refund the carriage charge for returned items.
You will need to arrange the return carriage - we recommend that smaller items are returned via a signed for delivery service, QIC Direct is not responsible for returned goods lost in transit. Please contact us prior to making a return.
Where can I find glass cutting/drilling details?
Each item page on our website includes the cutting/drilling details, if you require further information please get in touch.
Do you install or provide glazing services?
We do not install or provide glazing services; however, we have been supplying products to the fit-out sector for over 15 years, and can put you in touch with installers who can provide this service.
Can your trims be curved?
Yes, our AG, CH, D, E, R, SA, SC, W, X, Y & YA trims can be curved dependant on the radius needed. Please drop us an email to sales@qic-direct.com and confirm the trim you require and the radius it needs to be curved to and we can check if that particular radius is possible and supply a quote!
I can’t find the exact trim I need, do you offer bespoke trims?
Yes! We can offer bespoke trims cut from sheet metal as well as other extruded lengths. . Please drop us an email to sales@qic-direct.com with a drawing of the trim you require and we will come back to you with a quotation.
Where can I find a certain dimension of a product?
Drawings of our profiles are located in the data sheet tap next to the description, if you require a dimension that is not listed, please give us a call and we would be happy to help.
