How is the heavy duty version different?

The OCFH-105 takes doors up to 1250mm wide and 2700mm high (at 900mm wide), and is larger than the OCFH-100 series (197 x 80 x 45mm).

Do I need to dig up the floor?

No - just a floor plate screwed to the floor.

How to fit the heavy duty hydraulic patch

1 · Check the door

Up to 100kg, 1250mm wide, 10-12mm glass.

2 · Order the glass cut-outs

See glass cut out details.

3 · Fix the floor plate & pivot

Screw the floor plate down plumb below the top pivot.

4 · Fit & hang

Clamp the patch(es) to the door, hang, align with the +3mm adjustment and set the speeds.
