    How to fit the timber door hydraulic patch

    1 · Check the door

    Timber, over 40mm thick, 750-1000mm wide, up to 100kg.

    2 · Fit the top pivot

    Fix the top pivot set to the head of the frame and top of the door.

    3 · Fit the patch

    Fix the hydraulic patch to the bottom hinge-side corner of the door.

    4 · Fix the floor plate

    Screw the floor plate down directly below the top pivot.

    5 · Hang & adjust

    Hang the door and adjust the closing speed.
