Do I need to dig up the floor?

No - the closer is inside the bottom patch, so there's no floor spring to bury. Only a small floor plate (110 x 48 x 9mm) is screwed to the floor.

What size door?

60-100kg, max 1000mm wide. 10-12mm glass.

Hold open or non hold open?

Hold open stops the door open at its set angle; non hold open always closes. Choose at checkout.

How far does it open?

Up to 150°, controlled to 135°. Double action with separate closing and braking speed adjustment.

What glass cut-out does it need?

What's in the set?

Hydraulic bottom patch, top patch (choice of standard or large covers) and top pivot plate. The large covers match the height of the hydraulic patch.

Is there a warranty?

5 year hydraulic warranty. EN 1154 compliant, tested to 500,000 cycles.

How to fit your hydraulic patch set

1 · Check the door

60-100kg, up to 1000mm wide, 10-12mm glass.

2 · Order the glass cut-outs

See glass cut out details.

3 · Fix the floor plate & top pivot

Screw the floor plate to the floor directly below the top pivot plate.

4 · Fit the patch

Clamp the hydraulic patch to the door with gaskets and fit the top patch.

5 · Hang & adjust

Hang the door, use the +3mm adjustment to align, then set closing and braking speed.
