Buying & Installation Guide

How to fit your internal corner LED profile (LED-02)

1 · Plan the run & power

Decide where the driver and power feed will sit and run the cable into the corner before boarding.

2 · Cut to length

Cut to length with a fine-tooth aluminium blade and de-burr the ends. Mitre internal and external corners for a neat return.

3 · Fix into the corner

Board both walls (12.5mm plasterboard), seat the profile into the 90° internal corner with a fin on each board face, and fix through the pre-punched diagonal slots in the plastering fin with standard drywall screws on both sides.

4 · Tape & joint

Tape and joint over both fins, then skim and decorate. Keep plaster out of the channel.

5 · Fit LED tape & diffuser

Stick your LED tape into the 12.5mm-wide channel, connect to the driver, then push the opal diffuser into the channel.
