Buying & Installation Guide

How to fit your external corner LED profile (LED-01)

1 · Plan the run & power

Decide where the driver and power feed will sit and run the cable to the corner before boarding.

2 · Cut to length

Cut to length with a fine-tooth aluminium blade and de-burr the ends. Mitre internal and external corners for a neat return.

3 · Fix over the corner

Board both faces with 12.5mm plasterboard, fit the profile over the 90° external corner with a fin on each board, and fix through the pre-punched diagonal slots in the plastering fin with standard drywall screws on both sides.

4 · Tape & joint

Tape and joint over both fins, then skim and decorate. Keep plaster out of the channel.

5 · Fit LED tape & diffuser

Stick your LED tape into the 12.5mm-wide channel, connect to the driver, then push the opal diffuser into the channel.
