Is there anything to know about satin anodised?

If ordering satin anodised, 25mm at each end is clamped during the anodising process.

Do I need anything else for a glass door?

For frameless glass doorways, a blanking plate is required for top pivot fixtures.

How to specify and fit your partitioning head channel, 25mm deep (SG)

1 · Confirm your glass thickness

Takes 10-12.8mm glass - choose the PVC gasket insert to suit your glass.

2 · Choose your finish

Pick a stock finish to match the base channel and panel schedule. If ordering satin anodised, 25mm at each end is clamped during anodising.

3 · Plan joints

For runs over 3.0m, join lengths with 180° joining cleats; use 90° cleats at corners.

4 · Fix the channel

Secure the channel to the solid wall/ceiling, directly above the base channel line. Fixings are not supplied.

5 · Gasket & glaze

Push the gasket into the channel, lift the glass up into the head and drop it into the base.

6 · Door openings

Above a frameless glass door, clip in a blanking plate so the top pivot plate can be surface fixed.
