How to fit your 90° corner post (SG)

1 · Plan the layout

Use the 90° corner post where glass panels meet at a 90° corner, with SG03/SG35/SG50 head and SG base channels. Size: 50 x 50mm (25mm glazing pockets).

2 · Cut to height

Cut the post to suit the partition height between the head and base channels.

3 · Fit flipper gaskets

Fit the optional flipper gaskets into both glazing pockets (black or clear, 10-10.8mm or 12-12.8mm).

4 · Glaze

Stand the post in position and slide the glass panels into the pockets either side. The post is not mechanically fixed - it is held in place by the glass.
