Buying & Installation Guide

How to fit your W-profile LED profile (LED-03)

1 · Plan the run & power

Mark the line of the light feature on the wall or ceiling and run the power feed to it before boarding.

2 · Cut to length

Cut to length with a fine-tooth aluminium blade and de-burr the ends. Mitre internal and external corners for a neat return.

3 · Fit between two boards

Set the profile between two sheets of 12.5mm plasterboard so a fin laps onto each board, and fix through the pre-punched diagonal slots in the plastering fin with standard drywall screws on both sides.

4 · Tape & joint

Tape and joint over both fins, then skim and decorate for a seamless recess line. Keep plaster out of the channel.

5 · Fit LED tape & diffuser

Stick your LED tape into the 12.5mm-wide channel, connect to the driver, then push the opal diffuser into the channel.
