Locally manufactured from recycled plastic, Renderplas PVCu clip on edge beads / board stops are designed for plasterboard and cement board to provide protection to edges and a superior finish.  On plasterboard at edges formed at door frames, windows and skirting boards or at a change of finish; on cement board at the exposed edge of the system.

What is it used for?

Protecting board edges at door frames, windows, skirting boards or a change of finish on plasterboard, and at the exposed edge of cement board systems.

What pack sizes are available?

Pack of 25 or Pack of 50 lengths per pack, 2500mm long.

How to fit 12.5mm plasterboard edge bead PVCu

1 · Choose the right bead

Check board thickness and the edge detail you need.

2 · Cut to length

Cut the bead to length with snips or a fine-tooth saw.

3 · Fit

Fit to the board edge and fix as recommended by the manufacturer.

4 · Finish

Skim or tape and joint up to the bead.
