Buying & Installation Guide

How to fit endcaps to the 35mm SG system

1 · Pick head or base

Choose the head endcap for the SG35 head channel or the base endcap for the 35mm two-part base.

2 · Match the colour

Select the same RAL colour as your channel.

3 · Cut the channel square

Make sure the channel end is cut square and de-burred.

4 · Fit

Base: slide the endcap underneath the end of the channel. Head: push the endcap up into the end of the channel.
