Buying & Installation Guide

How to join partition channels in a straight line

1 · Check your profile

180° cleats suit SG03, SG01/SG02, SG01/SG02-35, DG03, DG01/SG02 and DG01/SG02-35.

2 · Cut square

Make sure both channel ends are cut square and de-burred.

3 · Fit the cleat

Slide half of the cleat into the cleat slot of each length - no screws needed.

4 · Close up & fix

Butt the ends tight so the joint is flush, then fix the channels as normal. Use a cleat in each slot for a straight, rigid joint.
